Week 1: The Time is Now
It is time to take yourself seriously as an artist. Let’s talk about BIG goals, things you really want to do but haven’t been able to voice before, and more. We are going to lay out a plan for the next eight weeks and set some creative goals.
Week 2: Listening
What do you say to yourself, about yourself, about your artistry? This week we focus on how your internal voice is inhibiting you.
Week 3: Trust
We cultivate trust. We trust that being creative is exactly what you are meant to be doing.
Week 4: Poisonous Playmates
You identify the people and practices in your life that don’t understand or serve your creative goals.
Week 5: Let your art be bad
Really bad. This week is about removing the judgement and letting creativity flow, in whatever state it comes. Don’t be afraid of your work being bad because chances are the first go around will be terrible.
Week 6: Let's Talk Caring for Your Artist
The most important week. The biggest lessons. Treating yourself with kindness can be the hardest part.
Week 7: Sharing with the World
What’s holding you back from showing your work? What are the ways in which you dream of sharing your work? Let’s talk about sharing this magic you’re making.
Week 8: What Are Your Next Steps
What are your next steps? Let’s write stuff down in diaries and get excited about your success.
You may be ready to work with me if:
You have big creative dreams, but they scare you and you doubt whether they could ever come to fruition.
You find it hard to consistently create. You need someone to hold you accountable to get stuff done.
You are tired of living a life that doesn’t align with who you are and what you desire.
You’ve always wanted to write a book, but you don’t know where to start.
You feel creatively blocked or stuck.
You try to write, but you end up on social media … a lot.
You feel alone in your creativity. You don’t have a creative community to support you and your aspirations.
Your inner voice tells you that you’re not enough, that you’re never going to amount to much.
You need someone in your corner, reminding you that you have a very important story to tell, and no one can tell it but you.
